I have been using my Montel Williams HealthMaster juicer this week and have come up with a very tasty concoction that I’d like to share with you. Don’t let the Kale scare you! You really can’t even taste it in this drink. This recipe is full of fiber and antioxidants and will fill you up and give you quite a boost in the mornings! I usually drink about 32 ounces of coffee or a large RedBull each day, but my need for caffeine has been reduced dramatically by drinking this juice first thing in the morning and throughout the morning to stave off mid-morning cravings. So, give it a try, I think you’ll love it!
Ingredients:
- 2 large handfuls of chopped kale
- 8 strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 Persian cucumber (from Trader Joe’s)
- 2 cups Trader Joe’s Dixie Peach Juice (or any other juice you like)
Method: Throw all the ingredients in together and blend on level 6 for about 30 seconds and enjoy!
